What a Criminal Case File Contains

Read Union County Case Charge Changes

If one search is blank, do not assume the case is gone. Check whether the charge stayed municipal, moved to Superior Court, was dismissed, or is restricted.
When Union County Case Documents Are Missing

Useful requests name the indictment or accusation, judgment of conviction, order of disposition, or docket material. State whether a plain copy is enough or certification is needed.
Custody records are separate again. The Union County Division of Corrections maintains jail information, not the court judgment.
