After Union County Jail Transfer
A sentenced person may leave Union Corrections and later appear in the NJDOC Incarcerated Person Search Engine. Union County Arrest Charge Changes
The alleged charge at booking can differ from the offense filed in court. Prosecutor screening may reject a count, amend the degree, or route a disorderly-persons matter to municipal court. A grand jury may return different indictment counts. A plea can resolve the case under another statute. That is why a booking line cannot stand in for the final court record.
